The Pleasant Prairie Firefighters Local 3785 Charities are excited to invite you to our 3rd annual charity bowling/head shaving fundraiser on March 15th, 2026, at Sheridan Lanes Bowling Alley.
With this event, our goal is to raise funds to support the Shaymus Guinn Foundation, which aids local families affected by childhood cancer, as well as further the mission of the Pleasant Prairie Firefighters Local 3785 Charities.
We are reaching out to seek event sponsors and welcome donations that can contribute to the success of the event. Your support will not only make a meaningful impact but also assist in covering our expenses.
1) Event Sponsorship Options:
Lane Sponsor: $100 Donation
Business Name Only, will be hung on the lane above the pins
Shirt Sponsor: $1250 Donation - Only two available
Your business logo will be printed on the sleeve of every shirt given out to bowlers.
Raffle Sponsor: $500 donation
Includes: Large Color sign with Company Logo
Food Sponsor: $500 Donation
Includes: Large Color sign with Company Logo
Bar Sponsors: $250
Includes: Color sign with Company Logo at the bar
2) Merchandise Donation:
Your donated items will be utilized as door prizes and raffle giveaways.
Recognition: You will be labeled as the donor of the basket on display as well as during the raffle call.
3) Monetary Donation:
Your financial support will be utilized to procure a variety of items to be featured as raffle prizes.
Recognition: The source of any items purchased with donated money will be explicitly mentioned during the raffle as well as labeled on the raffle display.
